Even after the first few days, we have seen how efficiently the key task is dealt with. The submitted ideas and requirements can also be integrated very easily. Members of the cleaning staff and the housekeeping service team got to grips with the routine tasks in a very short amount of time.”

Interfaces with the property management system provide the required guest data – date of arrival and departure, preferences and VIP status – enabling rooms to be automatically allocated to the housekeeping team. After the rooms have been cleaned, the current room status is recorded directly on the hotel management system, ensuring that the front office team is constantly kept up to date.
