This video looks at an issue that many room attendants face on a day-to-day basis: late check out.

The room attendant arrives at the room after the official check out time and needs to clean the room to ensure it is ready for the next guest to check in. However the guest is still in the room, because s/he overslept.

In this example, the room attendant follows all the procedures: knocks on the door several times and then explains the check out policy of the hotel to the guest. The guest then asks the room attendant for a late check out.
